Payment Collection Policy

Water meters of all users are read the last Friday of each month.

Bills will go out electronically before the 5th of each month.

If payment is not received by the 15th a second notice will go out.

If payment is not received by the 30th the full water service can be discontinued. access to water will be from one single tap no further then a100 m from the property.

To request reconnection, the user will have to provide proof of payment of all outstanding amounts.
Política de Cobro de Pagos

Los medidores de agua de todos los usuarios se leen el último viernes de cada mes.
-
Las facturas se emiten electrónicamente antes del 5 de cada mes.

Si el pago no se recibe antes del 15, se pagará un segundo aviso.

Si el pago no se recibe antes del día 30, el servicio de agua completo puede interrumpirse. el acceso al agua será de un solo toque no más que a 100 m de la propiedad.

Para solicitar la reconexión, el usuario tendrá que presentar un comprobante de pago de todos los importes pendientes.
